It really depends on your mother tongue and a palette of sounds (phonemes) you have.

Here are some difficult Dutch sounds for:

• Russians (h,g,v,w)
• Chinese people (r,b,p)
• Indians (g,u)

The Spanish, Turkish and Arabic speakers are often fine with the Dutch sounds.
